circuitus – cynara

The series of works explores states of aggregation and the transformative nature of materials. Captures random moments, forms and conundrums, blurring the boundaries between fluidity and solidification. Plants are dipped in wax layer by layer and captured on film as they mutate into corporeal-looking wax objects. Circuitus – Cynara invites viewers to reflect on ephemerality, preservation, transformation and cyclical processes.
